This is why we need to understand that accomplishment reports and "documentations" are not the best or the only means of measuring performance, especially in government service.
It is easy to make oneself look compliant, excellent even, on self-prepared papers.
I commend PNP Chief Azurin, Jr. for recognizing the possibility that "Mayo might just be working for other police officials also involved in the drug trade."

I hope that in the push for a clean PNP, the Chief and other police leaders would continue looking into other malpractices of officers in uniform so they can really serve and protect our people.
