Late Afternoon Rides

Maybe my nephew hasn't realized it yet, but we ride only late afternoons because I won't be able to keep up with his pace. I won't survive if I ride with him for more than 30 minutes. :-) Wife says I should bond with him before he goes back to Manila. I do want to spend time with him, but not at the cost of my own life.
