E-Voting - A Problem-Prone Solution

I’m not too sure about e-voting for the Philippines just yet:

People with the right skills and with all sorts of motives can take advantage of the flaws.  Optical Scanning machines with their paper trail system seem to have greater promise for our fraud prone electoral system.
