The Gods on Mount Olympus

Is it much too difficult to believe

that gods on Mount Olympus

are retiring,

Scrimping on pension,

and some dying?

Can Olympus possibly lose ambrosia over time?

Can gods & demi-gods pass from immortality to immortality?
