Who or What Created ISIS?

          Who or what helped create ISIS?  Is it a result of action or inaction?

          This is why meddling in the affairs of another Sovereign State is not a sure way to solve local or world issues.  Someday we might have a single world order, but for now there is good reason to allow nation-states to solve their own problems through self-determination.

          How many military weapons and other hardware are being seized by the Maute group in the current clashes in Marawi, Philippines?  What is happening to the issue of drug trafficking?

          Does this mean other States should stop pressuring or encouraging positive behavior in other states?  I don't think so, but there lies the problem.   Should States just watch "evil" in other parts of the world?  I don't think so.  But how can we be sure that the "evil" they try to decimate does not turn out birthing a new or greater "evil"?
