Hundreds of Chinese Vessels Circling Pag-asa Island

          This is China's cabbage tactics in action. The Philippine government must do something. One way to counter this (as suggested by Rafael Alunan III) is for government or civilian fishing vessels to regularly send fleets also, at least a hundred per day.

          If shots are fired then we'll see how the Mutual Defense Treaty with the US really works. We cannot afford to simply sit and watch. I understand that the government's hands are tied but it cannot allow this to continue. Asian and world opinion does not favor China so let's pit it against another polarizing giant if we have to.
