Fake Seminars/Trainings for DepEd Applicants

It's ranking season for DepEd hopefuls once again.  In order to increase their points, applicants are tempted to submit seminar/training certificates that are not authentic -- claiming they attended seminars/trainings they have not, in fact, attended.

To our young Professional Teachers:  Remember, you will be guiding young Filipinos to know what is right and what is wrong.  Start by practicing what you will preach.

To DepEd Divisions:  How will you verify the authenticity of the seminars that these applicants claim to have attended?  What are the penalties of violators and those who are advising them?
