PCG issues radio challenge to Chinese vessels in Sabina Shoal | 24 Oras

The radio challenge and warding off of Chinese vessels by the Philippine Coast Guard should be the norm.  This is the time.  To people who only understand force or threat of force, this is it.  Let us not waste the growing support of international naval forces.
